The Mental Fitness Challenge

7 05 2012

Between the comments by multiple people in my life and two leaders in the world today- Chris Brady and Bill Lewis, I believe everyone should be striving with their family, friends, and co-workers to challenge each other with the Mental Fitness Challenge.

90 Day Mental Fitness Challenge

What a grand challenge!  For the last 10 years, I have been emersed in the self-improvement and leadership environment and as I go through the MFC, I find myself constantly being encouraged to be more.  In a world that believes that just by doing more will translate into a “win”, I feel through the 1st 8 days, I am called to be more.  In the 1st CD (MFC1 – 13 Resolutions for Life), Orrin Woodward talks about true involvement in any worthwhile endeavor requires mind, heart, and will.  He demostrates how the “soul can be schooled” through the improvements of each area.

In the 2nd CD (MFC2- Self-directed Education), Chris Brady coins the phrase “Refe-vival-ssance”  ( I apologize for the spelling. This is my guess of the correct spelling).  This is the concept of three needs in today’s world. 1) Reformation –  A return to the truth in all aspects. 2) Revival – An excitement of multiple generations and individuals talking and living the truth. 3) Renaissance – An appreciation of the beauty of art, music, and literature without the loss of truth.

I will not take away your joy 0f a true challenge of becoming who God meant you to be and being comfortable in your own skin. Grab the package and grab some friends.  I Dare you to take the  Challenge — The Mental Fitness Challenge!!

God bless, Aron

Steel the mind and Tender the heart.

Thanks for this encouragement Aron. I’m just getting started with my MFC and I am really loving it. It’s great to read through the books while listening to corresponding information on the CDs working towards a defined goal. I’m looking forward to being able to look back and see how the daily, incremental changes that happened during these next 90 days have moved far beyond where I thought I could be.

You are such an encourager and the Mental Fitness Challenge is a resource that will help everyone achieve their personal best. God put us here for a purpose …. are we fulfilling that purpose? I know the MFC will help me through my life’s journey. Thanks to you for your leadership, insight and wisdom!

Hey Aron, the MFC has been great! Was just rereading the chapter on Vision in Orrin’s book Resolved and i was challenged again by it to truly expand and then visualize where i want to go in my life. What i love about the book is how Orrin brings in real life examples like Will Smith and Jim Carrey to make his point. The way the MFC brings audio, visual, and then with the challenge groups to bring it into a discussion group is truly amazing!

I am so excited about the MFC because just by following the challenge I have discovered my true calling, something I have been missing in my life. I can’t wait to see how the MFC is going to help me grow!

The Mental Fitness Challenge has made me accountable to grow into the person I was meant to be. What a great product! I’m almost 2 weeks in and I can already see improvements. The 360 degree feedback has been helpful and encouraging – everyone has “graded” me better than I graded myself! I must be doing something right!

We are slowly getting started, yet the information and application is terrific. I see this as being so critical for everyone to participate in. I echo Matt, what will we be in 90 days – DIFFERENT!

The Mental Fitness Challenge is awesome. I agree that the audios add a motivating dimension to the Resolved book. I find myself doing self-checks throughout the day, asking myself if I am still on track with my goals.

We just had our first Challenge Group last night and the results were fantastic! The format really gives permission to people to open up and be themselves. I am also impressed how huge leaders like Chris and Orrin still take the time to do something as simple as make a blog comment. It’s an example I want to follow.

I love that that about Chris & Orrin also. They have achieved so much and remain so humble and accessible to all of us. Amazing leaders!

Last night our first challange group met with great success! Everyone participated, including guests! Today I got a few responses from some emails I had sent out and a few want to not only do an assessment for me, but want to check out this mental fitness challenge for themselves! People are looking for ways to improve their lives, we have some help! Let’s MFC to a million! BBNQ!

I am loving reading all the feedback from the MFC’s first few weeks of impact in people’s lives! The MFC is everything it was promised to be and more! I also really appreciate the ability to incorporate 360 degree feedback in the analysis of my strengths and weaknesses. Afterall, who isn’t a little self-deceived in one or more areas, or too hard on themselves in another? Lastly, I look forward to taking the test again at the end of the 90 day challenge to see, charted out on paper, the areas that I improved the most in!

I am in week three of the MFC and it is life changing! I never tire of the CDs or the videos and Orrins book Resolved is a great guide to living the life one always wanted.

On week three and loving the challenge of the MFC. The Resolved book has been extremely enlightening on how to view my future. Through concerted tasks of daily goal setting I am starting to see some results. Can’t wait to see what day 90 will look like. I just may do it twice!!!!!! God bless!

I just read a post by Oliver DeMille on Courage to Try, He quoted Goeth “Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.”. The MFC will help us all have the courage to begin! Take the Challenge!!!

Hey Aaron! Great talk tonight! I have to say I am one of the ones that has been a little taken back by the mental fittness challenge. Probably because it has hit me so hard on how much growing I have to do. It has made me focuss on myself and growing as a leader. But then I last night I had a great conversation with a team mate and one of my best friends and I realized that growing as a leader and building character doesn’t mean only focussing on myself it is getting back out there and sharing this with the world!

It makes it much easier to be open and honest with people when you surround your self with possitive people that you know will not riticule you for your feelings and comments

7 06 2012
Mike English

I have found that the more you serve the easier it is to always have a possitive attitude. Its very hard for a person of god to ask a person to act a certain way or do something he or she is not willing to do them selfs

7 06 2012
Aron Radosa

Amen! Be who you are and change with people. You are a great example of this. Continue the fight Mike!

It was a great talk tonight. So proud to be apart of Band of Brothers there are so many great leaders on this team and a lot of future leaders. I am really impressed with the MFC and by Gods grace its going to change the future of our Country. I have been really impressed with the challenge groups, its nice to be apart of a group of people who except you for who you are and are willing to help each other out to over come any challenges they my have in their life without judging you. simply a BLESSING!!

7 06 2012
Aron Radosa

Bridget,

You are so right. The Challenge groups are the key to changing lives. We all have some discomfort with “our own skin”, but put us in an environment of truth and caring, we change lives through our change.

Kim Morisett

I love and often think about your blog signature of “Steel the mind and Tender the heart”. It is amazing advice, but tough to accomplish for me. I find that when my heart is soft, sometimes my mind becomes too accepting, and when I get set on one truth, my empathy can fade a bit. It is a delicate and necessary balance to strive for – one that can definitely be developed through the process of the MFC!

7 06 2012
Aron Radosa

my little phrase after each blog is a challenge to myself. Know what you know and believe in people. People need other people to care. The MFC is an amazing tool for so many people to gather the strength and tenderness needed to lead their life.

7 06 2012
Mike English

That is so true! many people search their whole life to find one or two people that they can say truely care. And yet with this business and the community of people, you can very quickly find many people that truely care and will drop everything to be there for you at momments notice

7 06 2012

where else can a person get a program to help focus and direct their progress towards their goals. All the while learning from others who are on the path with them. Albeit for different goals, yet somehow the lessons from others on the same journey help us understand our own. On week six of the challenge and just now starting to understand just how powerful it is to have the focus I’ve lacked in so many endeavors over the years. Thanks Aron, for showing grace along the way of this journey we are on, and for uplifting those around you to the level of who you see they can be. God Bless!

I really enjoy the format of the open meetings. Reading to learn is one way to grow, but to hear leaders share their perspective and tidbits from some of the same books I am reading really help me get a grasp and digest the information.

Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the simplest
thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they just do not know about.
You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without
having side effect , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
Thanks
